Sushi consists of 80% rice, which is why it is the most important ingredient. Additionally the preparation technique is important. The USARF has now released an informative brochure, just about this topic: "Sushi and American Rice - Step by Step". The brochure contains valueable information about Sushi rice grown in the USA and about making highly qualitative Sushi. In the brochure we are presenting, with the help of a Sushi chef, three recipes, which are being described - "Step by Step".
